Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 apples, sliced thin
    1/2 c. apple juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Put apple juice in bottom of shallow baking dish.
    Put in half of the apples.
    Sift together flour, salt, sugar and cinnamon.
    Mix with brown sugar and cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Spread half of the mixture over apples.
    Add the rest of the apples on top.
    Cover with the remaining crumb mixture.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Can be topped with whipping cream or ice cream.
