Country Style Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

leg of lamb
1 c. sauerkraut
3 grated large potatoes
3 grated apples
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
salt, pepper and caraway
Preparation

Cook leg of lamb according to size on temperature chart.
Rub lamb with salt, pepper and caraway.
Pierce holes and stuff with garlic cloves during the last hour.
Combine remaining ingredients and place around lamb while it finishes cooking.
