Supreme Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. margarine
    6 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    13 oz. Marshmallow Creme
    2 tsp. vanilla
    10 oz. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Lightly grease two 9 x 13-inch pans.
    In a heavy 5-quart pan, combine margarine, sugar and evaporated milk.
    Bring mixture to a full boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Continue boiling over medium heat for 5 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234\u00b0, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
    Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.
    Add Marshmallow Creme and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Now, add pecans, if desired.
    Spread into prepared pans and cool at room temperature; cut into squares.
