Orange-Ginger Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lean pork chops
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground ginger
6 orange slices (1 large orange)
3/4 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

In a skillet brown chops well over medium heat, about 10 minutes per side.
Add orange juice, cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
Uncover, sprinkle chops with salt and ginger and top each with an orange slice.
Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes more or until chops are fork-tender.
Remove chops to an ovenproof platter and top each with sour cream.
Place under broiler about one minute.
Serve immediately.
