Vinegar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 baked pie shell
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Combine sugar, eggs, vinegar, flour and water in double boiler.
    Cook until thick and smooth.
    Keep stirring.
    Just before removing from burner, add butter and lemon juice.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Cool and add whipped cream topping.
