Country Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. chopped bacon
    1 pkg. potatoes O'Brien
    eggs
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon, add potatoes and fry until golden brown.
    Make pockets in potatoes.
    Place eggs in pockets; salt and pepper to taste. Cover.
    When eggs are almost cooked, cover with cheese. Serve when cheese is melted.
    Serves 5 to 7.
