Budget Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. tomato soup
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. mixed parsley
Preparation

Shape into balls.
Brown in shortening with 1 small garlic clove (minced) in a large skillet.
Blend in the rest of the can of soup.
Add 1 cup water.
Cover; simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
