Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag Fritos, crushed
    1 lb. ground meat, browned
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 gloves garlic or 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 large head lettuce, shredded
    2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain fat.
    Combine cheese, Ro-Tel tomatoes, garlic, cumin and chili powder; set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
    Add Fritos, ground meat, onions and green pepper.
    Pour cheese over lettuce and meat mixture just before serving and toss.
