Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cracker crumbs
    cheese slices
    cream of chicken soup
    cream of mushroom soup
    potatoes
Preparation
    Peel and slice the potatoes (slice thick).
    Parboil until barely tender.
    Drain potatoes and save the water.
    Put margarine in bottom of baking pan or dish.
    Layer the ingredients as follows:
    potatoes, cracker crumbs, cheese slices and a mixture of the soups diluted with the potato water and milk (have this mixture warm).
