Nuns Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked diced chicken
    2 bunches white scallions, chopped
    1 lb. potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
    2 oz. raisins
    8 oz. large black grapes, halved and seeded
    1 small can black olives, halved
    1 large apple, peeled, cored and diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    In a large bowl mix chicken, scallions, potatoes, raisins and half of the grapes.
    Add olives, salt and pepper and apple.
    Toss with mayonnaise and sour cream; mix well.
    Arrange on a platter placing remaining grapes in a decorative manner on top.
    Chill for 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
