Chicken Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes
    3 medium carrots
    1 onion
    1 rib celery
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 (5 oz.) cans chicken
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Peel and slice carrots.
    Put potatoes and carrots in boiling water and cook until tender.
