Artichoke Dip(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    1 c. mayo
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    dash of garlic salt
    lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
    Drain artichokes and squeeze out all juice.
    Chop and add all ingredients.
    Place in a shallow dish and bake until brown on top. Blot excess grease with paper towel.
    Serve with king size Fritos or crackers.
