Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans carrots or 2 lb. fresh carrots, cooked
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, cut in small strips
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Bring soup, sugar, vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce and mustard to a boil.
Pour over carrots, onions and bell pepper. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
