Honey-Dijon Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. white wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. chicken broth
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1 or 2 large garlic cloves, pressed
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together until blended or combine in a blender until smooth.
Chicken broth helps replace some of the oil.
Extra virgin olive oil has a fuller, fruitier flavor then regular olive oil.
Makes about 1/2 cup.
