Chocolate Velvet Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 (9-inch) pastry graham cracker crust, baked
Preparation
    Cream margarine until softened; gradually add sugar and cream well.
    Blend in the chocolate which has been melted over hot water and slightly cooled.
    Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, beating about 5 minutes with electric mixer after each addition.
    Turn into pie crust.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
    Filling may be poured into 8 tart shells.
