Smoky Egg Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-boiled eggs, sieved
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. soft butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
    6 drops liquid smoke
    2 drops Tabasco sauce
    dash of pepper
    4 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except bacon; beat until smooth and chill.
    At serving time, fold in crumbled bacon, reserving a little for trim.
    Or omit bacon and sprinkle with paprika.
    Serve with crisp crackers or chips.
    Yield: 1 3/4 cups.
