Specalacy Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
    1 lb. flour
    3 eggs
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    1/2 tsp. hartshorn (powder - store extra in glass jar/glass stopper)
    1/2 lb. butter or oleo
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix oleo and flour with hands.
    Add sugar, cinnamon and lemon rind.
    Add eggs (beaten) and place dough in a floured dish; cover and let stand in cool place for a week.
    Roll dough 1/2-inch thick. Sprinkle on hartshorn, fold and roll out several times.
    Roll thin. Cut and bake on ungreased sheet at 350\u00b0.
