Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 chili pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (I prefer to put milk, onion, bell pepper and chili pepper in blender for a few seconds).
    Add additional milk if needed.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until done and well browned on top and bottom.
