Jim'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. squash
2 rolls Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt (to taste)
pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar
milk (to cover)
Preparation

Boil squash until tender.
Crumble 1 roll of crackers in a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Place squash on crackers and then put other roll of crumbled crackers evenly over squash.
Cut butter into patties and place on top of crackers.
Salt and pepper to taste and cover with milk.
Bake approximately 45 minutes at 450\u00b0 until browned.
