Cinnamon Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. shortening
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add remaining ingredients. Beat well. Put dough in a greased bowl. Let rise until doubled. Punch down and roll to a 15 x 9-inch rectangle. Mix the brown sugar, butter and cinnamon together and spread on top of the rectangle. Roll tightly; slice in 1-inch pieces. Place in 2 round 8-inch pans or 13 x 9-inch pan. Let rise. Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven about 25 minutes. While slightly warm, ice with powdered sugar mixed with water.
