Chicken Rotel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or a whole chicken
    14 oz. vermicelli
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    4 stems celery
    1 large bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 jar mushrooms
    1 medium jar pimento
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 large can LeSueur peas
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done, seasoning to taste with salt, pepper and onion.
    Remove from broth; debone.
    Cook vermicelli in the broth.
    Add cheese and melt slowly in vermicelli/broth.
    Add chopped celery, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, pimento, soup, peas, Ro-Tel and chopped chicken.
