Mrs. Brandon'S Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bony parts of 2 fat chickens (save meaty parts for another recipe)
    1 large skillet and 1 corn ear pan of cornbread or pie pan
    6 eggs, beaten
    Milnot (as needed)
    2 1/2 to 3 tsp. sage
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
    1 1/3 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped onion
    butter or margarine (as needed)
Preparation
    Cover chicken with water.
    Add salt as needed when meat is done.
    Cool broth.
    Add broth to crumbled up cornbread (not too mealy).
    May add 1/4 cup Milnot or more, if needed, to make dressing thin.
    Add sage and pepper.
