Chicken Saltimbocca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken breasts, deboned and pounded
1 sliced ham
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. spaghetti sauce
bread crumbs
Preparation

On each chicken breast, place a piece of the ham and cheese. Put a little bit of the sauce on top of the ham and cheese.
Roll the chicken breast up, using toothpicks to secure if necessary. Mix the bread crumbs with the Parmesan cheese.
Dip the chicken in the egg and roll in the bread crumb mixture.
Brush with melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or microwave 20 to 25 minutes.
