Raspberry Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. pkg. lemon Jell-O
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. coffee cream
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. pkg. raspberry Jell-O
    2 pkg. frozen raspberries
Preparation
    Mix lemon Jell-O in 3/4 cup hot water and 3/4 cup cold water. Chill until partially set.
    Cream the cream cheese with coffee cream.
    (You can use milk.)
    Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Combine with Jell-O and pour into a large mold.
    Chill until firm. Mix raspberry Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups hot water.
    Add frozen raspberries, which have been thawed.
    Pour over first mixture and chill until firm.
