Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can artichoke hearts (in water)
1 small onion, chopped finely
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In blender, put drained artichoke hearts; blend for 30 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Place in ovenproof dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve with chips and crackers.
