Garden Style Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lasagna noodles
2 lb. ground chuck
1 small carton fresh mushrooms or 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
1 large tomato, chopped fine
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 Tbsp. black pepper, according to taste
1 Tbsp. minced, fresh garlic or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 small jar Ragu garden style spaghetti sauce
parsley flakes
Preparation

In a skillet, brown ground chuck; drain and set aside.
Slice the mushrooms and prepare frozen spinach according to directions on the package.
Drain thoroughly.
In a large, deep skillet, simmer mushrooms, tomato, onion, spinach, pepper, garlic and bell pepper until tender.
Add meat.
This helps flavors blend.
While vegetables simmer, cook lasagna noodles according to directions on the package.
Drain noodles.
