Peaches N Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 1/8 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. softened butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 qt. sliced peaches
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. peach juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Grease bottom and sides of 10-inch pie pan.
Combine first seven ingredients and pour into pan.
Drain peaches, reserving 3 tablespoons juice; spread peaches on mixture in pan.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and juice in small bowl; beat at medium speed for two minutes.
Spoon to within one inch of edge of batter.
Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
