Ingredients

6 large fresh pears
1/4 c. dried apricots
1/4 c. dates
1/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Peel and cut pears into halves.
Steam until tender in a small amount of water.
Cool.
Chop dried fruits.
Spoon into pears.
May be served with tablespoon of sour cream sweetened with artificial sweetener.
