Borsch(May Prepare Ahead. Serves 6 To 8.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can beets (2 1/2 c.)
    1 can bouillon
    1 c. cold water
    1 tsp. onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Finely chop drained beets, but reserve the juice.
    Combine with beet juice, bouillon, water and minced onion.
    Heat thoroughly but do not boil.
    Add salt and lemon juice.
    Serve hot or cold topped with sour cream.
