Cranberry Glazed Pork Roast - cooking recipe

4 lb. boneless pork loin roast
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. orange juice
16 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
Preparation

In a small saucepan, stir all ingredients together except the pork. Cook, stirring over medium heat, until thickened. Set aside. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Spoon 1/2 cup glaze over roast and continue to bake for 30 to 45 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with remainder of sauce.
