Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/4 c. cooked shrimp, crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
    1/4 c. sliced celery
    1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
    Serve alone or on toasted English muffins.
    May add cooked macaroni and extra mayonnaise for Macaroni Seafood Salad.
