Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Stir together eggs, sugar and oil.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until done.
For sheet cake, bake 45 minutes; 2-layer cake, bake for 35 minutes and for tube pan, bake 55 minutes.
Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
