Peach Ripple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. Bisquick baking mix
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. finely chopped peaches
1/2 c. apple butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Generously grease 12-cup glass Bundt cake pan.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon, coat dish.
Mix baking mix, sugar, milk and eggs; stir vigorously 30 strokes.
Fold in peaches. Spread 3 cups of batter in dish.
Mix 1/2 cup of remaining batter and the apple butter; spoon over batter in dish.
Drop remaining batter by spoonfuls onto apple butter mixture.
Place dish on inverted dinner plate in oven.
