Egg-Sausage Brunch Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided use
    1 doz. eggs
    salt and pepper
    2/3 c. whipping cream
    1 lb. sausage, browned and well drained
Preparation
    Sprinkle half the cheese in bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Beat eggs and pour over cheese; add salt and pepper. Add cream. Sprinkle sausage over all and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
