Ingredients

1 can Pillsbury biscuits (6)
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil or lard
Preparation

Cut centers of biscuits for making doughnuts.
(You can use a regular doughnut cutter for this.)
Fry in heated cooking oil. Fry until golden brown on each side.
Centers may also be fried. They are just as good.
After frying, turn on confectioners sugar and you have a good bit of taste.
Also, try putting the fried doughnuts in a brown paper sack with the confectioners sugar; shake well and serve.
