Pork Chops In Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 shoulder pork chops
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. creamed corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Brown seasoned chops on both sides.
    Drain off excess fat. Arrange chops along sides of a 5 to 6-cup shallow baking dish. Mix crumbs, milk, corn, eggs, onion and seasonings in pan used to brown chops.
    Do not wash the skillet after browning chops.
    Mix thoroughly and pour into pan covering chops.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
