Gumdrop Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 eggs
 
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chopped spice gumdrops
Preparation
- 
                            In a large bowl, beat the eggs and add the sugar and vanilla. Mix in the flour, salt, walnuts and half of the gumdrops.
 
Pour this mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle the remaining gumdrops on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until the top forms into a light crust.
Remove from oven and cool slightly on a rack.
Cut the bars with a greased knife.
Remove carefully from the pan.
