Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baked potatoes
    2/3 c. margarine
    2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    6 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 green onions
    1/2 c. bacon bits
    1 1/4 c. (5 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Scoop out pulp of baked potatoes.
    Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour.
    Stir until smooth.
    Gradually add 6 cups of milk. Cook until mixture is thick and bubbly.
    Add pulp, salt, pepper, onions and bacon.
    Add 1 cup of cheese.
    Stir in sour cream and more milk, if too thick.
    Garnish with remaining cheese.
