Fish Baked In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. fish fillets
    salt + pepper
    1 lg onion sliced
    1 c white table wine (Sauterne or Chablis)
    3 tbsp butter or margarine
    2 fresh tomatoes sliced or 1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 green pepper sliced
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Any white fish, sole, halibut, sea bass, catfish, or salmon may be used.
