Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Boston butt roast
honey
Heinz 57 sauce
brown spicy mustard

Preparation

This can be preboiled to hasten cooking or bake in a 250\u00b0 oven until tender.
Mix 1/2 and 1/2 honey and 57 sauce.
Add 2 or 3 tablespoons mustard.
Mix.
Cut meat in serving size pieces.
Pour mixture over meat and cook about 30 to 45 minutes longer (enough to get taste cooked into meat).
