No Cook Potato Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small potato, boiled and quartered
1 lb. confectioners sugar
dash of salt
peanut butter
Preparation

Work hot potato 1/4 at a time into sugar and salt until mixture is consistency of pie dough.
(May need to add more sugar.)
Roll out on waxed paper dusted with small amount of sugar.
Spread with peanut butter.
Roll as for jelly roll.
Wrap in wax paper.
Chill for several hours and then slice.
Store in covered container.
Yields 7 pounds candy or approximately 20 pieces.
