Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and shredded
    1/3 c. sour cream
    4 tortillas
    1/3 c. salsa
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Place 1/4 of the chicken in the middle of each tortilla.
    Top with 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
    Fold up both sides of the tortilla so they overlap in the middle.
    Place tortillas, seam side down, in a greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Cover with salsa and cheese.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Top with remaining sour cream before serving.
