Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
2 c. chopped, unpeeled zucchini
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
Preparation

Grease and flour two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Sift flour with cinnamon, soda, salt and baking powder.
In medium bowl, combine lemon peel, zucchini and walnuts.
