Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tomatoes, chopped
2 to 5 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 sweet bell pepper, chopped
1 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. garlic, minced
salt to taste
1 1/2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
Preparation

Mix and chill several hours before serving.
If desired, can salsa by cold packing and process pints 35 minutes.
