Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 egg
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Blend the first 4 ingredients together.
Beat the vinegar, egg and water together and add to the flour mixture.
Mix all together well.
Chill dough for at least 15 minutes before rolling a crust.
