Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. assorted fresh vegetables
1/4 c. real lemon juice
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano or thyme leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Place vegetables in plastic bag or shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour over vegetables.
Cover. Marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.
