Vivian Whittington'S Sausage-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 c. uncooked regular rice
Preparation
    Brown crumbled sausage in a skillet; drain.
    In a large bowl, mix celery, onion, soups, water and rice.
    Add sausage and mix. Pour into casserole.
    Cover and bake 2 hours in a 325\u00b0 oven.
