Ingredients

1 c. chilled whipping cream
3/4 c. nonfat dry milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen unsweetened raspberries, strawberries or boysenberries
Preparation

Place whipping cream, dry milk and sugar in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed 10 seconds.
Add about 1/2 cup of raspberries.
Cover and blend on high speed 10 seconds; stir. Repeat with remaining raspberries, about 1/2 cup at a time.
Serve immediately or for firmer consistency, freeze 1 hour.
Makes 6 servings.
