Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 to 2 c. fruit, cooked
Preparation

In a deep baking dish or pan, cream margarine and sugar.
Mix in milk, flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla.
Pour fruit in on top of crust and spread it out.
Place in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Crust will rise, covering the fruit.
Let crust brown.
