Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

8-inch pastry
1 egg
1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Prepare pastry or already made pastry. Beat egg slightly with rotary beater.
Beat in remaining ingredients.
Pour into pastry-lined pie pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Bake 45 minutes longer.
Cool.
